    For our most recent study Doing Good: Guidelines for Corporate Giving we asked consumers to consider a brand or company, any will do, and write down anything they know about their corporate giving program. We then asked them to do a bit of research and Google their choice to learn more about them. The results were striking. Invariably they were all left pleasantly surprised and with a far better impression of their chosen company.

  • Is the ABC Biased? We asked Australians and the results may surprise you

    For some years now there has been a consensus amongst those holding conservative views that the ABC is biased towards the left. They regard this to be an undeniable fact, certain that their views and perspective are grossly under represented and those of the left the prevailing ones. In researching our Who Can You Trust? Edition we asked Australians public from all walks of life, ages and geographical spread how they feel about the ABC and whether they believe it is, indeed, biased. Their answers were varied and quite surprising.

  • A tale of two labels: Australian Made Vs Health Star Rating

    A new label will soon become a familiar site in many supermarket aisles, informing consumers how Australian a product is. Consumers love the idea. Their appetite for supporting Australian growers and manufacturers has grown markedly these past few years. They may even be ready to put their money where their mouth is. So they are hopeful and enthusiastic about clear labelling that is easy to digest.

  • We need to talk about Formula

    The majority of mums would like to breast feed their newborns. After all everyone, including doctors and nurses, tells them that breast is best. But what happens to those mums who simply can’t breastfeed, for whom due to any number of medical reasons simply cannot or find it too painful to breast feed? Nobody seems to want to talk to them about formula.
